Hey everyone! New week here at Wapo. Over 200 kids we are serving. Sunday was on and off rainy but Monday was nice and sunny and humid all day, meaning the kids took swim tests and got to play during free time and capture the flag. We had drama worship Monday night and it was an overall great time. Here are some photos
This blog is for parents, family members, youth directors or any others interested in seeing how the week at camp is going for their youth. We'll be posting photos, updating viewers on weather conditions and updating viewers on a variety of other activities that go on throughout a week.

Wapo Day 2
So today was another awesome day! We started off with breakfast, bible studies and chapel. Then we went into swim tests. After that was lunch and then free time! We played 9 square, GAGA, ratitattat and many went boating and swimming. The kids had some time to go to canteen as well. Then we had drama worship-Operational Traditional worship, with many pop culture characters that the kids knew and loved!

Day 1-Week 1
First day of camp!
Yesterday started a new year at Wapo. A group of about 200 came, including confirmation students and a group from the latino community. The staff was so excited. The kids arrived and had pizza and then played games. The staff introduced themselves and then we split Alpha (4th-6th grade) and Beta (7th-9th) to do Mighty Mighty and Challenge Games, respectively. Then we had indoor campfire and devos.
