Here comes the son

By far the most sun that we have seen in weeks here at Camp Wapo lifting everyone's spirits that should make for a great Wednesday.  It should be sunny all day here and reach into the 80's today.  Light worship went off last night without a hitch telling stories through silhouettes makes for something different and very impactful worship.  Tonight we have a drama worship so be praying for them as they preform and pray that the youth receive it with open hearts.  Everything is looking great from here everyone is having a blast and worshiping with full hearts.  Tune in later for more updates about the week.

Week 3 is starting......

It is a beautiful day outside here at Camp Wapo small chance of rain late this evening but we are hoping for our first campfire to be outside.  The staff is getting really excited for the kids to arrive and with a newly finished GAGA pit this week should be a great one.  Send your prayers this way as we begin a great week with some great campers.

A Date with some rain drops

The rain started coming down just as we finished field games this after noon and the winds have died down a considerable amount since last night.  There was some trees last in the neighborhood but nothing near us at all.  the forecast calls for on and off rain all night but for now we are staying dry and having fun.

Great Father's Day at Camp

Wonderful weather as father's day comes to a close everyone is settled in and the first campfire was a great success filled with laughter and praise filled songs.  Tomorrow there is about 50% chance for rain hoping for some fun in the rain and a day full of praising the Lord.
